The Company and its group companies aim to contribute to the business activities of our clients by providing high-quality marketing and marketing research functions. We recognize that the provision of personal information by consumers, business partners, and employees is an extremely important business activity in carrying out these operations, and we have established the following "Personal Information Protection Policy" from the perspective of protecting such personal information.
- With respect to the handling of personal information obtained and used in the course of business activities and personal information of employees, etc., the Company and its group companies shall comply with laws and ordinances, government guidelines, and other standards regarding the handling of personal information. In addition, we will protect personal information by formulating and complying with a personal information protection management system that conforms to the "Marketing Research Industry Personal Information Protection Guidelines" set forth by the Japan Marketing Research Association.
- We and our group companies shall acquire and use personal information to the extent necessary after notifying the contact person for inquiries, and shall specify the purpose of use and use the acquired personal information as follows.

- We and CM Group shall take appropriate control measures to ensure that personal information is not used for any purpose other than that for which it was collected.
- We and CM Group shall manage personal information obtained in an appropriate manner, and shall not disclose or provide such information to any third party, except with the consent of the person concerned or in accordance with laws and regulations. Personal information obtained in response to surveys, campaign applications, etc., will be aggregated in a form that does not include personal information and used for the Company's business activities, as well as to respond to and contact you and to send you gifts.
- We and CM Group shall make every effort to prevent and correct unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, and shall store such information safely under strict control.
- We and CM Group use personal information entrusted to us by our contractors under strict control and within the scope of the contract.
- When we receive a complaint or consultation regarding the handling of personal information, we will investigate the facts of the matter and respond within a reasonable period of time. In addition, if a person requests confirmation or correction of his/her personal information, we will promptly respond within a reasonable time frame.
- The Company and the Group will strive to continuously improve the personal information protection management system in light of changes in social conditions and the environment.
Personal Information
When providing information obtained by the Company or CM Group to a third party, if the information corresponds to personally identifiable information that is expected to be acquired by the third party as personal data, the Company or CM Group shall obtain the consent of the individual to the acquisition of the personally identifiable information by the third party. In addition, in order to provide unique benefits and services by comparing the information with personal information held by us and CM Group, we and CM Group may acquire personally identifiable personal data from third parties with whom we have a contractual relationship, such as clients, end-clients, and business partners.

For individuals under 16 years of age, we require the consent of their parents or guardians, or permission from their parents or guardians, before obtaining their consent. - Extraterritorial Transfer of Personal Information
We may transfer your personal information outside of the EU to countries outside of the EU, including Japan, for the purposes of use specified in "1. Purpose of Use of Personal Information" under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). - Retention Period
We will store your personal information for the period necessary for the purposes of use as specified in "1. Purpose of Use of Personal Information" and delete it promptly when no longer necessary. - Necessity of Providing Personal Information
The personal information provided by the individual is necessary for the purpose of "1. Purpose of Use of Personal Information Handled by the Company." If you do not provide this information, you may not be able to participate in our marketing research or use our services. - Your Rights to Your Personal Information (Right of Access, Correction, Erasure, Restriction, Portability, and Objection)
You may request us to (1) confirm, (2) correct, add, delete, or exercise your right to data portability, (3) stop using your personal information, or (4) stop providing your personal information to our business partners.
You may also object to the national data protection authorities having jurisdiction over the processing of personal data relating to you.
