Charter of Corporate Behavior
We at Cross Marketing believe that we must be a company that pursues profit through fair competition, and at the same time, we must be useful to society at large.
Therefore, based on the following nine principles, we respect human rights, comply with relevant laws and regulations, international rules and their spirit, and act voluntarily with common social sense toward the creation of a sustainable society, regardless of whether we are in Japan or abroad.
- We will develop and provide socially beneficial products and services with due consideration for safety and the protection of personal and customer information, thereby gaining the satisfaction and trust of consumers and customers.
- We will engage in fair, transparent, and free competition and appropriate business transactions. We will also maintain sound and normal relationships with political and administrative bodies.
- We will communicate not only with shareholders but also with society at large, and disclose corporate information in a positive and fair manner.
- We will respect the diversity, personality, and individuality of our corporate members and ensure a safe and comfortable working environment to realize comfort and affluence.
- We will act voluntarily, recognizing that addressing environmental issues is a common challenge for all humankind and an essential requirement for our existence and activities.
- We will not associate with antisocial forces or groups that threaten the order and safety of civil society.
- In our international business activities, we will not only comply with international rules and local laws, but also respect local cultures and customs, and conduct management that contributes to their development.
- Top management shall recognize that it is their role to realize the spirit of this Charter, and shall take the initiative in implementing it, ensuring that it is thoroughly understood within the company, and making it known to all group companies and business partners. In addition, we will constantly monitor internal and external opinions, develop effective internal systems, and ensure that corporate ethics are thoroughly upheld.
- In the event of a violation of this Charter, the top management will make it clear both internally and externally that they are committed to solving the problem, and will strive to investigate the cause and prevent recurrence of such a violation. In addition, we will promptly and accurately disclose information to society, fulfill our accountability, clarify our authority and responsibility, and take strict disciplinary action.
